Zombies, it seemed, were due a renaissance. And interestingly, we wanted to reclaim zombie fiction from the 10-a-penny "zombie apocalypse" narrative which seems to have infected the genre over the past few years. A rebirth, if you will.
In steps newcomer L. Scott Lincoln to provide just that; He wanted us to answer that telling question: "Where have all the good zombies gone?"
Although there is a coherent theme, each of the stories is unique. They are tales of the unexpected; stories which think outside the coffin. This is fiction that bites. It clamps its sharp teeth into you and carries on chewing at your flesh. Sometimes searingly visceral, sometimes comic, sometimes horrific, it is like turning your neck to look at a car crash, and then continuing to look at that wreck in every detail.
So, carve out some time, sit back, and eat 'em up.

Unsteady Cluster of the Undead
Would you try another book from L. Scott Lincoln and/or Bryan L. Anderson?
I can't critique L. Scott Lincoln as this is a collection of stories by other authors. The selection is varied in style and quality.
Bryan L. Anderson does a solid job of narration.
Any additional comments?
This is an uneven collection of zombie related stories. Some are good, some are interesting and some I didn't care for. Overall it is a decent collection even though trudging over a well worn subject. Some of the stories almost feel like fragments out of a larger story and don't end clearly.
If you like the genre, this is worth a listen.

Just ok
It's not fair really for me to give a zombie book a review. However I try to stay very open minded in these cases. There have been many zombie books I have actually fell in love with, and this wasn't one of them! This story wasn't anything to write home about.

Decent Anthology of Zombie Stories.
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Yes, if they like the zombie genre. This set of short stories has a few real gems. All of the stories are decent except for the first and the fourth which are just plain bad. Story 2 and story 3 are quite good.
If you’ve listened to books by L. Scott Lincoln before, how does this one compare?
This is the first book by L. Scott Lincoln that I've listened to, however, this book is by many authors.
What about Bryan L. Anderson’s performance did you like?
He is pretty good and gave a satisfying performance.
Was The Undead Reborn worth the listening time?
Yes, a few of the stories are exceptional. It is hard to find good zombie stories.

A collection of undead tales
Would you consider the audio edition of The Undead Reborn to be better than the print version?
I am not sure since I did not read the print version.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Undead Reborn?
I really enjoyed the story about the blind woman in the attic.
What about Bryan L. Anderson’s performance did you like?
I feel he has a good tone and inflection. He definitely makes the stories entertaining/

creepy and intense
loved this book. several zombie novels in one. only problem was it felt like some of theming stories ended to soon
