A small southern town was evacuated after a freak power-plant accident. As the first anniversary of the mishap approaches, some residents are allowed to return past the national guard roadblocks.

I like the characters of the book, I like the premise of the book, and I give 5stars to the narrators of the book, however the book itself has little substance. The two main charters are running around basically fighting the same bad guys. Quick read, and somewhat entertaining.
