Endless

Way too long and drawn out. Kind of sappy. Nothing out of the ordinary. But it was free.

Good Story - Don't like AI Reader

First book from this author and I enjoyed the story and characters. The pace was good and kept me listening. The only complaint is the clunky AI reader. The voice was emotionless during conflicts and life or death situations. A shout or yell was deadpan and it would take a moment to understand the emotion of the character.

Would listen to more books by this author.

Not really interested in listening to another AI reader drone through the story.

Great story with twists and turns

The virtual story teller. It would have been better with a live person narrating the story for better voice inflection

AI performance horrible

First of all, the AI performance was really bad, you can't tell the difference between who is talking, hard to follow. And the story is just insane. Nothing makes scence

Great story. Can't do the Virtual Voice.

Thought I'd try the Virtual Voice and it will have to be my last. I liked the story and characters, but was distracted by the narration.

Great Story

I loved the Characters and the story. I found it entertaining and the ending was very good. Very surprising, I'm so glad I grabbed it. How ever the AI reader was boring and ruined a book that could be outstanding. Big thumbs up to the author.

virtual voice review

I think the book was pretty good. The Virtual Voice was very distracting. It didn't seem to get the inflections at the correct speed or at the right time. It was hard to figure out who was speaking and what they were talking about.

AI narrator was different

At times you could tell the narrator was a virtual voice and not a real person. That took away from the story. This was very slow through about the first 2/3 of the story. Then it was all shoved together at the end with how many twists can the author throw in. Overall story was ok, just not very believable and a bit over the top. The whole concept behind why people were being killed was a tad ridiculous. It had the chance to be really interesting, but fell short.
