Good book For Beginners
It’s a good book or beginners. I was familiar with most of her suggestions, so I was not able to get much from the book, however, I recommend to others who are new to time management.

Mildly interesting
From 21 years of research it’s basically the same thing repeated many times. If you have never read a time management book this might be for you but anyone else I think you would have heard it all before
