He seeks out Brigid of Morna, a reclusive, woodland seer, the only woman who can unveil the truth of his everlasting strength.

Enduring a long life, across time, while earning and losing epic love.

Loved the story, impressed with the emotion of the virtual voice - although some longer words were mispronounced consistently.

LOVED THE STORY

Hated the automated narration. Wishing I would have read it instead of listening. I almost stopped listening, but my curiosity of the story got the best of me. The characters were sweet and fun, even when the MC was broody.

Voice

The virtual voice has no emotion and pronounces words wrong. Weird pauses where there shouldn’t be pauses.

The narration didn’t work. .

I’m having to listen to this story for any length of time. The voice is without texture; it’s SLIPPERY.. I don’t know how else to explain it. Even if I didn’t know it was virtual, I would have known something was wrong with it. Nobody talks with no texture to their voice. The inflections are not great but there are many human narrators with that problem. I’ve never listened to anything that annoyed me so much as the fact that this non-person has no vibration to her voice. I hope they either improve this method or use real people. Of course I hope they do find a way to use a human‘s voice and possibly edit it with AI.
