There is hope!

Every Senior Woman Should Know
Every senior woman should grab this better to understand this phase in a woman's life. This audiobook has detailed information to help you understand the hormone system, what causes hormonal imbalance, and effective ways to manage it. There is a stigma with menopause and hormonal imbalance, but with this education, one can embrace this with grace. I like the inclusion of diet, talk therapy and herbal medicines. This book also motivated me to go on regular check-ups and was an excellent reminder to maintain healthy habits consistently. I would highly recommend this.

Finally Some Clarity on Hormones
Hromones have always been overwhelming to me. After having three kids and breastfeeding, the ups and downs are crazy. This audiobook breaks down the complex subject into a way that is relatively easy to grasp without being overly technical. I learned a lot about how and WHY different hormones affect my mood, energy and overall health.
My favorite part about the book was how it offers practical ways to manage and cope with hormone imbalances. There is a mix of advice on treatment vs lifestyle changes that provides me with options on how to best control my situation. The chapter on stress was particularly good for me, as I am also in a high stress environment at work so all of this info goes into building a better self.
This book is informative, but also encouraging, which is greatly appreciated at 5 months post partum with my third child. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to hear about how their hormones work and get a better understanding of how to control them.

Great look at understanding hormones
My wife is in the early stages of menopause, and she is having a hard time with her hormones. I feel helpless, and unable to help her. After listening to this book, I feel like I can at least understand a little better what she is going through, and I let her listen to it, as well

A supportive author
The book is packed with information for physical and emotional help. A very nice narrator tone, the author was compassionate and thorough. It’s great to learn about all the variables and how to deal with each. I like the inclusion of herbs and how to use them. The author focused on harmony, symphony, and melody to give you some insight on their approach.
