Save me from unnecessary surgeries
I want to thank you for writing this book to help women find some answers to their ongoing health problems. I’ve spent three years seeking medical care (several specialist) to find the root cause of menorrhagia. I’ve undergone several tests, scans, ultrasound and GI to find all is normal. My menorrhagia got so severe I was getting iron infusion every 3 months for three years and trips to the ER. Reading your book helped me educate myself and find alternatives solutions to the standard medical procedures (partial/full hysterectomy, ablation, etc). I sought different opinions from different doctors and after several trials, I found the right doctor that would listen and offer alternative options other than surgery. This book help advocate for my health and wellness. Since I read your book and made recommendations to my doctor, she put me on a regime that include contraceptives for my condition, DIM supplement, Magnesium and others. My condition has gotten better, no iron infusions for 6months now and no migraines. I much better and my energy levels are somewhat normal. Thank you!!

Hard to listen
I tried, really I did. If this were something I needed to have in my brain, I would be a copy I could leaf through and refer back and forth not listen from start to finish. Hard to keep everything straight, even when I know the biochemistry already.
