You might want to change yours. You may not want to know about the things you'll read on these pages, about the sauce, about Korrok, about the invasion, and the future. But it's too late. You touched the book. You're in the game. You're under the eye. The only defense is knowledge. You need to read this book, to the end. Even the part with the bratwurst. Why?

The living dead are more alive than ever! Zombies have become more than an iconic monster for the 21st century: They are now a phenomenon constantly revealing as much about ourselves - and our fascination with death, resurrection, and survival - as our love for the supernatural or post-apocalyptic speculation. Our most imaginative literary minds have been devoured by these incredible creatures and produced exciting, insightful, and unflinching new works of zombie fiction.

Story
Matt Hollis is the current wielder of the holy weapon, DÄMOREN. With it, he stalks and destroys demons. A secret society called the VALDUCANS has taken an interest in Matt's activities. They see him as a reckless rogue - little more than a "cowboy" corrupted by a monster - and a potential threat to their ancient order. As knights and their sentient weapons begin dying, Matt teams up with other hunters of his kind such as LUIZA, a woman with a conquistador blade; ALLAN, an Englishman with an Egyptian khopesh; MALCOLM, a voodoo priest with a sanctified machete; and TAKAIRA, a naginata-swinging Samurai.

STOP. You should not have touched this flyer with your bare hands. NO, don't put it down. It's too late. They're watching you. My name is David Wong. My best friend is John. Those names are fake. Why?

Story
Army epidemiologist Frank Slater is facing a court-martial, but after his punishment is mysteriously lifted, he is offered a job no one else wants - to travel to a small island off the coast of Alaska and investigate a potentially lethal phenomenon. The permafrost has begun to melt, exposing bodies from a colony that was wiped out by the dreaded Spanish flu of 1918. Frank must determine if the thawed remains still carry the deadly virus in their frozen flesh and, if so, ensure that it doesn't come back to life.

If you like action, this book is a definite!
Recently I had the extreme pleasure of reading this book Urban Limit by Steve Zell. If you like action, adventure, a great, great storyline and a surprise ending, this is the book for you. I strongly suggest that you get some rest prior to reading it because you will need it. The action is nail-biting and the author's expert narrative takes you along for an incredible ride. I give this one five thumbs up!

Exciting and I couldn't stop listening
Wow. This book totally engrossed my life for the three days it took to listen to. I would have been one day if I didn't have a job or have to sleep! I loved how I could get to know the characters and understand what was going on in their heads and why they did the things they did. I felt like I knew them. They were so real. There is something for everyone in this book. Gamers would love the detail play of the video game sequence, which was a story within itself. Thrill seekers would love the pace, and horror readers would love the giant wolves. And what was that creature in the water! I'm afraid now to go into the mountains during a snow storm without vivid flashbacks of this book. That's how good it is. I read this author's other two books so knew this one would be full of suspense and action and I was right.
