And then there are the subjects of vibration and frequency. When something vibrates, it moves back and forth between two points. To get a mental picture of this, just think of an electric toothbrush. Frequency has to do with the rate at which something vibrates. If something vibrates fast, the frequency is high thus the thing is of a high vibration. If something vibrates slow, the frequency is low thus the thing is of a low vibration. Being made up of energy, everything material and nonmaterial in the universe vibrates at some frequency or another. That means thoughts are made up of energy as well, and that they can also be said to be of high and low vibrations. That is important to note.

Remember, everything is made up of energy. And thoughts are energy. Since there is nothing actually “material” in the material world, at its core everything we experience is a manifestation of thought.
