So needed this

Wabi Sabi really surprised me I thought I kinda knew what it was about but this audiobook explained it in such a chill and meaningful way it’s not just about stuff looking old or imperfect it’s more like a way of seeing life that actually makes you feel better about things that aren’t perfect I loved how it talked about small everyday stuff like setting the table or even just noticing the lines on your face with less judgment
I listened once all the way then went back to a few parts on slow mornings and honestly every time it hit different

A quiet time

This audiobook felt like a little reset for my brain. If I had to picture it, I’d say it’s like sitting in a quiet Japanese garden at sunset—peaceful and grounding.
The way it talks about Wabi Sabi isn’t super technical or heavy. It just kind of gets under your skin in the best way. It’s not something you learn exactly—it’s something you start to feel.
I also liked the small suggestions throughout. I actually kept this old cracked cup I was about to toss, and now it means something totally different to me.
It’s a slow listen, but in a good way. Definitely one I’ll come back to.

Shifted

Wabi Sabi really got to me in the best way like I didn’t expect it to hit that deep but it did the whole idea of embracing imperfection just made so much sense it kinda shifted how I see myself and even my space at home I used to stress about everything being just right but now I’m like it’s fine if it’s a little messy or not perfect it still feels good it feels real honestly I think I needed this reminder for a long time
