Great performance

Would you consider the audio edition of War Against the Laan to be better than the print version?

Yes the audio is better than the print. Primarily because it's a full cast audio with great voice actors.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Hugh Fraser and Mary Tamm's characters because of their performance.

What about the narrators’s performance did you like?

Hugh Frazer delivers a character well - his vocal acting puts a picture in your mind.
Mary Tamm has a beautiful voice. A big loss when she died.
Tom Baker does the best Dr Who in my opinion. And his mannerisms shine.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Listened to it in one sitting because it was so darn short. But the quality is so high I just wanted more.

Any additional comments?

The interviews at the end are a nice touch and I enjoyed them. I wouldn't mind a bit more of it.
The story was like a real show - there were morals but things weren't over bearing. Things felt balanced and it was entertaining.

Ending rushed?

An exciting adventure with first-rate performances from all; but I couldn't help feeling the ending was a little rushed.
