About this listen

It has been prophesied that four men, raised as brothers, will bring Scotland back to her rightful glory. Now the final brother is ready to take his place in history....

"Trey MacAlpin is my husband." When Bliss first speaks these words, they are not yet true. But desperate for protection from the false king's soldiers, she claims the Highlander as her mate. Her powers foretold that her life would intertwine with the four men who protect the identity of the true king - but she never thought it would be like this!

Trey MacAlpin can scarcely believe he has agreed to wed a stranger. But this beautiful lass knows the secret he and his brothers are sworn to keep, making her both valuable...and vulnerable. Yet more than necessity binds Trey and Bliss in these dangerous times - for the passionate fire raging in Trey's heart insists that Bliss is not merely his bride...but his destiny.

Great series

Enjoyed each book in this series. Donna Fletcher definitely makes you connect to and feel all the characters, more and more with each book. There is a bit of common storyline and action across all the books, but Fletcher makes each one unique enough that you will truly appreciate and enjoy the connections.

good. occlusion to whom is king

I was right! I knew who was king! won't say here though. I really enjoyed Trey and Bliss' story. I lived the way they came together in all ways, but to be able to read each other was my favorite part. I would and will read this and the series again.

It’s a great series

While it is similar to her other highland series there are distinctive differences that create a wonderful cast of characters. The narrator is, as always, excellent. Enjoy.

finally found out who the king was.

I loved everything about this story and the whole series. Every story had a strong woman in it. Also Every story had a compassionate strong man who loves that their woman was strong. The whole series was worth the money or credit. Enjoy! Bonnie Lou

Good

This is #4 of 4 in the series "The Warrior's King". I thought this pretty good, answered some questions about the characters. It was a little predictable IMO. I did enjoy Antony Ferguson's narration. I would recommend listening in order so you won't miss anything. Enjoy!😄

Not as good as the first three books of the series

I enjoyed the first three books of the series. This last book was boring. The male and female protagonist had no chemistry and so much repetition of their lust for each other with no romance. The pace was so slow, with repetitive thoughts, actions, and dialogue. It did have a good ending revealing who the true king was.
