Entertaining set of short stories

Twelve short stories. They were all entertaining. Some were about science fiction, others about some form of magic. I liked a couple of the stories better than the rest but they were all good. Some were suitable for children but I would limit others to middle schoolers or above. The narrator was very good at breathing life into the short stories. I thoroughly enjoyed this narration.

Reader's choice!

What a great idea for choosing what story to take further. Twelve first chapters, each with enough plot and character introduction to let the readers choose if they want to hear more. There's something for everyone, from science fiction to fantasy.

Decisions.... Decisions - Which to Choose?

Parents- PG13 - middle grade and up read
Language: PG - None that I remember - no f-bombs
Violence: PG13 - normal to genre - fight scenes but not overly graphic
Sexual Content- none

I love this idea! Each chapter is a different short story that could be made into a full novel. They each give you a plot and base story and the author has a website to vote on the stories the readers like and want to see done in full form. Truly ingenious and wish more authors did this. It was quite fun to listen to different stories and then give my choices and favorite. There is a wide verity of stories here from paranormal to dystopian to aliens to fantasy and more.

The narrator does a good job (4 stars) job with the voice differentiations and acting. I did prefer listening at 1.25x speed.

Great collection of short stories

This is a collection of 12 short stories written by this author, and my hope is that each one will be made into a full length book eventually. Each one is a wonderful story in the making, and in my opinion they all would make great books. ‘The Wish’ was my favorite one!

12 starter stories

One of the things that interested me most about this book, was the option to weigh in on which short story should become a full story. There were several I would love to read, and some I would like to read. I went to the author’s website (as directed) but was unable to find anywhere where I could vote. This was disappointing. The stories with “love “ or “like” I feel would be interesting stories, that I would like to read. The short stories were all well written. The narration was well done, with voices enhancing the experience. I received a free copy of this audiobook and am voluntarily leaving my review.
