Good for AD\ID people, must be self-motivated

For Auditory Digital \ Internal Dialogue people this audiobook is a great exploration of different areas of life. If you're self motivated and can push through all the questions with pen and paper, you'll arrive at an interesting destination. This is a workshop audiobook, so get ready to put in some WORK if you want to answer the question in the title of the book and find your own purpose.
For the majority of people (Visual or Kinesthetic) this book will just seem like a game of 100 questions that doesn't push hard enough, and a personal development seminar will be a better investment of your energy.

Worth trying

After giving some basic instructions on "purpose in life", the author applies a 7-question assessment. I applied to myself and this experience gave me valuable insights for my own purpose. Don't expect miracles, but I think it will also be useful for you. Two more things: 1) I advice you to read/listen some basic self development books before this, 2) There are some references to religion, though they're not so disturbing.
