About this listen

He’s my nemesis, my rival, and the man I can’t get out of my head. We may be star-crossed but there’s enough heat between us to start a wildfire.

I’ve never been one to follow the rules, but sleeping with a wolf shifter might be over the line, even for me. So, why can’t I get him out of my head? Or his scent out of my nose. Even on the other side of the world, I swear I can still smell him.

Everyone has a hobby, mine just happens to be stealing from the rich and powerful to give back to the rightful owners. A native art exhibit in Sydney is the last place I expected to see Draydon again. I can’t shake the feeling that he’s here for the same reason I am… and here I thought larceny couldn’t get any more fun.

I’m a dragon without a proper hoard and he’s too jaded to even trust his own pack. But we’ve already lit a fire that’s getting out of hand.

Stealing Draydon’s heart might be my most impossible heist yet.

Outstanding story

my favorite of the series. this story is awesome. the wolf and the dragon. all the other brothers are also in this story as well as the couples from books one and two. Michael Ferraiuolo did a great job bringing this story and all of the characters to life.👏❤🔥🐺🐉

Strongest of the series

Finally, a book in this series begins to live up to the hype. We’ve got a family of dragon shifters, y’all! And yet the first two books failed to elevate the core premise here beyond the tired shifter tropes currently dominating this genre. At least in this book we have equally powerful para-human rivals, the pull of forbidden lust/love, and a more engaging and worthy adversary in the vamps. Michael F’s sublime narration is as delicious as always.

just buy

Michael Ferraiuolo is and always will be a one click buy narrarator for me when paired with an author I enjoy. He just gives all books a whole new life and energy that not many narrarators are able to achieve. Add to it for this book he got to bring more heat and passion than a lot of others have previously listened to. Just an amazing audiobook cannot recommend enough.

Arson & Draydon are two souls who don't feel they fit the mold of their species, but that's what makes them made for their mates.
This is a thrilling thief vs thief tale of two men trying to find themselves after one night together they cannot seem to stay apart. Unlike the other Drake Security books this is two separate tales that weave together until they inevitably crash together. These two men own me from the start they just get each other even when they are trying to find themselves.

Love this Series, this one especially!

Wow, a dragon and a wolf, "Oh My" LOL. Good plot, a joining of families wolves and dragons. Worth the credit, and love the narrator, appreciate that I can tell the differences in voices. Hope to get Lord's story, not yet on Audible.

I love all the dragons and mates but these two are so freaking cute together! I can’t wait for more books from this universe!

Swoony star crossed lovers

This book. The forbidden romance. The hoarding. The smudging of legal lines. The rivalry. The teasing. The denial. The feels. I loved all of it. This was romance perfection. Arson is a dragon shifter who steals art and returns it to his rightful owner a la Robyn Hood rather than hoarding it. Draydon is a wolf shifter who likes to hoard shiny things and doesn’t always obtain them legally. Dragons and wolves never mix but the pull between Draydon and Arson is overwhelming and impossible to ignore. Their first encounter is a nameless one night stand outside a bar but then neither of them can stop thinking about the night or each other. Despite their best attempts to forget each other, fate keeps putting them in cities at the same time and a pattern emerges which just cranks up the fun of their swoon worthy c’mere c’mere get away get away dance. This well written story was delicious perfection and included witty dialogue, three dimensional characters who grow, and an engaging storyline. The book was filled with sweet moments, steamy scenes, real life issues, imperfect characters, painful pasts, dangerous situations, chuckles, messy families, mystery, and all the swoony love. This is a standalone story but do yourself a favor and read all the books because they are all good. I can’t wait to read the next story in the series and the next dragon brother to find his mate. 4.5 stars.

Michael Ferraiuolo did a phenomenal job narrating the story and characters into life with enough change of inflection, tone and cadence to voice multiple characters quite convincingly.
