About this listen

Bishop, Kace, and Misael promised to protect me.

But after what they did, can I protect them?

In the aftermath of a single gunshot, my life seems to be splitting apart at the seams.

Nathaniel can never discover what my boys did, but keeping it hidden from him may be harder than we hope.

Especially since I'm still being pulled between two loyalties, two halves of myself.

Between duty and love.

Between my old life and my new one.

My father still insists he's innocent, and even though the Lost Boys despise him, I'm determined to prove he doesn't belong in prison.

I want answers.

But if I start pulling at these threads, will my life unravel entirely?

This is the second book in the Slateview High series, a reverse harem bully romance. It contains mature themes and steamy scenes.

Kace, Bishop, and Misael... OMG!

Love the way the boys are committed to Cora. Their interactions with each other is very heart warming. AND how they are all okay with sharing Cora. Loved it.

I wish Cora was a bit smarter, stronger and didn't make silly decisions. But she's very young... they all are. So, I guess that's okay.

Lexi does an awesome job playing all the characters. How does she do that? Amazing!

The ending will leave you hanging. Not to worry... time to download part 3.

Love these characters

I love these characters so much. Cora has come so far and the boys mean more to her then she could have imagined. She is fighting so hard to get her dad free from prison, but will she be ready for the consequences that come along with that. I love Kace, Bishop, and Misael. The fact that they will do all they can to help Cora even though they dislike her dad says so much about how much they care for her. The ending was a shocker. Can't wait to listen to next book.

Lexi Evans does a good job narrating. She is consistent with her character voices.

Good story narrator is so/so

I Like the story and all the characters. The only problem is the narrator. she sounds like a valley girl or something like that. And when she is doing the guys voices she still sounds like that. Which kind of just threw me for a loop!
