The ONLY problem is have is Madeleine Lambert's narration. I will go so far as to say, she's not the worst narrator I've ever listened to. I might even have enjoyed most of her narration as I think the voices she chose for Lizard and the Walker kiddos was really good. However, every time she read for Lauren, one of my favorite characters, she started talking through her nose, something I absolutely COULD NOT stand. Even if I had not heard Martha Harmon Pardee's excellent narration of the original series, I would cringe at Ms Lambert's choices for many of the characters that make up the core of the stories. I will not condemn Ms Lambert outright, but come on! Did any of the editors actually listen to this and actually think the voice selections were a good choice for them all? Somebody fell down on the job. Luckily the storyline, just barely, overshone most of the cringe worthy narration.
LOVE the author, Narrator, not so much.
