    They avoid accountability.

    They chase money instead of meaning.

    But here’s the truth…

    If you focus only on yourself, you’ll always feel empty.

    If you chase money, you’ll always feel like you’re falling behind.

    The most successful people in real estate, and in life, are the ones who focus on PEOPLE.

    They attach deep meaning to their work. They serve others FIRST. They make their mission bigger than themselves.

    Because when things get tough (and they always do), that meaning is what keeps you going.

    You’re not just in real estate. You’re in the human development business. Everyone is a Leader to someone in their life.

    Your income is a byproduct of the impact you make.

    So ask yourself…

    Why did you start this thing? What’s the real reason you do what you do?

    Find that answer… and you’ll never question your direction again.

    This episode is one that I will personally go back and listen to a couple of times and I am going to re-watch alongside my Leadership team. So many nuggets and value for everyone in this episode.

    Dean also opened my eyes to something huge! He is someone who has solved HUGE problems. He shared from his EXPERIENCE that the same effort and skills are required to solve a $100 problem as a $100,000,000 problem.


    If you want to build something extraordinary, you have to stop playing small. Find bigger problems, take bigger action, and build the skills of the person capable of solving them.
