Lesley Logan 0:46 Hey, Be It babe, Happy Fuck Yeah Friday. We've got some wins of yours to share. We've got a win of mine. We are coming closer and closer with every single one of these Fridays at the end of the year. And so, my goodness, I hope you are taking some time to celebrate some wins by now. Because, if not now, when? And why wait till the end of the year to like, oh, I'm gonna make all these changes next year. Celebrate wins now, and these little wins can help you start to make changes this year. So let's get to yours first. Actually, that is the order. I almost went out of order. So let's get to yours first. Lesley Logan 1:15 We have a couple from Djamila, so she will be our wins for today from you guys. Djamila is an agency member, and has lived all over this world, all, all over this world, and now is in Switzerland, I believe. Here we go. They are seeing the value of my experience. Had a coaching call with Kirsten, who really helps making social media accessible. Almost done reading Dr. Gabrielle Lyon's book Forever Strong. She is protein-obsessed, and I know that you'd eat more of it. What I like is how she flips a narrative from people are over fat to people are under muscled being thinking of other areas of my life and biz where a similar flip could help me. Let's get started.Lesley Logan 0:46 Hi, Be It babe. Hello, happy FYF. If you're new to the Be It pod, this is a quickie episode where we share wins that you sent in. We share a win of mine. We can see what qualifies as a win, and then we have a little mantra, and move on with our days. Tuesdays are interviews, Thursdays are recaps, and today is a Fuck Yeah Friday. Before I get into the wins, just highlighting that I'm recording these well in advance of the present, so they may not sound as topical as what might be going on. And that is okay, because we need a little win in our life, no matter what is going on, whether it's good or not, or whatever you deem it to be. Lesley Logan 1:23 So here we go. The first one up is Natalia. Natalia wrote, finally making some time to be here in Slack and enjoy being part of this wonderful community. I got some new in-person clients, and one who wants to do online privates with me. My TV appearances last week went super good, and I got a call from a National Women's Magazine. They want to interview me as a Pilates expert, so I'm going to be featured in the magazine. I had my terms and conditions checked and adjusted by a lawyer, finally, and I got my book contract. I still can't believe I'm writing my own book. Oh my gosh, Natalia, and congratulations, because at the time this is coming out, you've written your book. So way to go. And I love all these little wins. You're celebrating so many different little things, and sometimes we just celebrate just getting back into the habit of something as a win, you know, and not going so behind. I'm really tired of hearing people to speed up on themselves, and because all you're doing is delaying the ability for you to do the thing that you want to do. Instead, celebrate what you did, what you are doing. Focus on that, because that is how you move things forward. You can't change the past. Lesley Logan 2:19 Our next win is from Bianca. She's an agency member, and she wrote, my corporate event retreat went well this past weekend, and one of the guys in the group said, I can finally feel my spine after the last class. My corporate clients are now interested in becoming a private client and wants to get back to practicing Pilates....

Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.Lesley Logan 0:46 Hi, Be It babe. How are you? Happy Friday. Okay, I'm just gonna be out for quick in case you missed last week's episode, these episodes are recorded in the past about the future, and so they do not necessarily embody exactly what's going on in the times of November 8th 2024 but they're wins. So you know what? In case it's a crappy day, let's focus on some of the good things that are going on around there. And if it's a great day, this is just going to be another great day waterfall for you. Lesley Logan 1:13 So our first win is from Heather Ingram. Heather is an eLevate grad and an agency member, and we just adore her. She's phenomenal. So small wins, finally getting back into Slack and making time to work on my business after juggling family situations all summer, just finished From Messy to Magnetic webinar, dug into the digital brand kit workbook resources Nadine shared and just got my results from her three-minute brand quiz, and I'm blown away with how spot on the results are and they align with my four core values I exercise from the biz retreat. The recommended brand kit is nailed me, my vibe to a tee, which I was struggling to show in my branding. Taking the one and a half hours today to dig into this has lit a fire to stop procrasti-branding, waffling about which color is in design and just take action. Thanks for this fab webinar. Heather, you are so welcome. Nadine, you guys, was a guest here on the Be It pod, Nadine Hanafi, and so I hope that this win from Heather, if you've been wondering if you should do work with Nadine, helps you go try out her quiz and just see what that's like. And also, to all of you, procrasti-branding is when you procrastinate on the other work you do to like diddle around with your colors and your fonts,...

I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started. Lesley Logan 0:50 Welcome back to the Be It Till You See It interview recap where my co-host in life, Brad, and I are going to dig into the interesting convo I had with Tom Paladino in our last episode. Here's the deal. Normally, this is where I say you should go listen to that one and you should. Unfortunately, our guest passed away two weeks after we interviewed them. However, their family still does their work, and so we decided to continue to share his work and his words with you. So go listen, and if you are still interested in what they do, the family actually still does the scalar work, and you can actually see it on their Facebook group. All right. So anyways, go listen. And now, today, I mean, it's just so interesting, I feel like I just need to take a beat. Brad Crowell 1:32 Yeah. Lesley Logan 1:32 We found out yesterday, before we recorded this, I interviewed a guy last year who was dying of cancer. I knew he was gonna die and his episode came out, he was still alive. And I was like, oh, you're still here. But I, that is, you know, you all think about that. We just think we're gonna live forever. So, anyways, he passed away from a fall. Brad Crowell 1:51 Yeah, he fell and that was it. Lesley Logan 1:53 Yeah, the family decided to donate his organs, which is really cool. And if you haven't yet done that on your driver's license or your iPhone. You should do that because. Brad Crowell 2:02 I think I have (inaudible) driver's license. Lesley Logan 2:04 But didn't you just do it on my health app on my iPhone?Brad Crowell 2:06 Yeah, but that's just to ...
