We reflect on the success we had pre-pandemic, managing 60-70 cases annually, and how staff changes and the pandemic led us to refer all ortho cases out. Now, with the growing demand for orthodontic treatments, we’ve decided it’s time to reintegrate ortho into the practice. We talk about the importance of having a dedicated team member, or "champion," to lead the program, our goals for managing 5-10 cases per month, and the strategies we plan to use, including marketing efforts and leveraging new tools to ensure success.
