    As they move into the episode topic, Desiree & Benita dig deeper into the Superwoman Schema and how it affects Black women. They take a look at the five characteristics of the schema and how being strong and resilient is important in order to survive in our society, but also how it can be a detriment to our mental and physical well-being, especially if we do not seek help in managing our stress.
