For me, TEAM stands for Therapy, Eating, Exercise, Acupuncture, Mindfulness, and Meditation. It’s not just about getting through tough moments; it’s about feeling supported and empowered throughout the entire process.

    As you’ll hear me share, there’s no better time to build your fertility TEAM than at the beginning of your journey. The time to build it isn’t when you have a devastating result. It’s important to be supported throughout the process because it’s not easy, and I want the journey to be one of joy.

    Acupuncture plays a huge role in helping patients feel more relaxed, improve recovery, and even feel stronger in early pregnancy. The right acupuncturist, with a true specialty in fertility, can be a game-changer.
