  • Getting Curious and Asking the Right Questions with Jenner Linden ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 23
    Jul 23 2024

This week, I'm introducing a new feature called 'Getting Curious,' where I pose powerful questions to inspire curiosity and self-reflection.

I've been reflecting back on a podcast series I created back in 2017 called Powerful Questions all about how the questions we ask ourselves shape the lives we live.

For example, this week, I walk you through the process of asking constructive questions to deal with burnout. It's a perfect continuation from episode 22 because this week, we're talking about being empowered enough to say "no," even to commitments and projects that used to be a "yes." Society focuses so much on integrity as follow-through, but a big part of integrity is being true to yourself too. And as we grow we need to revisit our commitments and reflect on what's truly still aligned.

As I talk about at the end of the episode, the podcast is going on a one-month hiatus as my team and I prepare for our biggest event of the year. We'll return with more Enter the P9rtal interviews soon, but in the meantime my hope is that this break allows you to catch up on past episodes or revisit your favorites. And, of course, I'd love to see you inside The Wild Ones Community too.

  • A Portal to Ancestral Healing (Solo Episode) ⎸ Enter the Portal EP# 21
    Jul 9 2024

This week, I’m flying solo and diving deep into practices for ancestral healing. We’ve been off the road for a while and staying in the mountains of New Mexico, so I start this episode with a little life update from The Land of Enchantment. An incredible series of events has made us consider buying a piece of land out here. This whole experience has had me thinking about connecting with my healed ancestors, the ancestors who are connected to this land, and our reverence for them. So this week, I wanted to share few of my personal practices for connecting to your healed ancestors.

The episode outlines simple practices to integrate ancestral healing into daily life, discusses the scientific basis of inherited trauma, and introduces four critical practices for connecting with one's lineage and the earth. Jenner also provides an update on personal life, including the potential purchase of land for building a communal space.
