    Here's how to do it: Instructions:

    Find Comfort: Start by getting into a comfortable position. Ask yourself, "How can I get more comfortable?" Do you need a blanket or a pillow? Adjust until you feel completely at ease.

    Breath Awareness: Bring your attention to your breathing. Don’t change it—just notice it. Observe any areas of tension in your body and consciously soften those areas.

    Body Scan:

    Begin at the top of your head, slowly working your way down your body.
    Notice any tension in your head, face, neck, and shoulders. Allow those areas to relax.
    Continue down your arms, torso, hips, legs, and feet, allowing each area to soften and feel heavy.
    Visualize your body leaving an imprint on the surface beneath you, as if your body is completely at rest.
    Breath Counting: Once again, focus on your breath, counting each inhale and exhale without trying to change the rhythm.

    Invite Reflection:

    Invite the Holy Spirit to guide you as you envision yourself one year from now.
    Imagine the time of year and the specific details of your life in that future moment.
    Visualize Your Future Self:

    Picture yourself one year from now. What do you look like? What are you wearing? Where are you?
    Who is with you? What is the environment like? What time of day is it? Notice any other physical details.
    Step inside this future version of yourself. How does she feel? What is she thinking? How does she talk to herself?
    How does she care for her physical, emotional, and spiritual needs? What is her relationship with food and movement like?
    Capture Your Vision:

    Slowly open your eyes and write down everything that was revealed to you.
    Include details about your appearance, surroundings, emotions, thoughts, and daily habits.
