Since the killing of George Floyd in 2020, the term anti racist has been used to describe the work needed to tackle this issue and today I discuss how to build this initiative into a brand and the ramifications if you don’t. Today’s recording is super special to me because I talk to my cousin Leonnie Fisher about trauma in childbirth and having a baby during a pandemic. Leonnie and I grew up in a tight knit west Indian family and have remained close in our adulthood. It was amazing to hear first hand the experience that my baby cousin went through and I am in awe of her ability to discuss it with me with such openness and honesty.
