The truth is, many of us carry hidden hurts from past and/or present relationships. This hurt is often a source of suffering, but if willing, it can become a source of spiritual liberation and power.

Whether this hurt is a few days fresh, or ages old...it's an invitation to meet yourself more deeply and evolve into your power.

This is the foundation of my work with women (starting with relationship to Self & Spirit) and it's some of the most liberating work we can do for ourselves.

This is an important topic in these times. Some of you may have noticed my shares on IG over the last few years have included Christian churches, worship nights and even last night attending an event where Christian evangelist spoke.

And I've enjoyed it! Yet, I am not a Christian.

Just as I attend Kirtan, meditate in temples in India and experience ceremony in Bali. Yet, I am not Hindu.

I am a woman of Faith. I am devoted to being a vessel for God. I pray. I mediate. I surrender to God's lead in my life. I practice mysticism and study the science behind it.
