Pastor Jeffrey Walter

  • Summary

  • Pastor Jeffrey Walter is a firm believer in the fact that faith ought to be reasonable, and that man cannot come to genuine faith except through the process of reason and the genuine practise of what is to be believed. It is his vision to see a Christianity that truly changes man and practically produces in him love for the Lord and the neighbour: which will undoubtedly lead to the transformation of society.

  • Discipleship To Apostleship
    Sep 8 2024

In pursuit of purpose, every man is faced with two realities: what he is in the present versus what he has been called to be. In between these two points, we are either staying on track by giving ourselves to God for training (discipleship) or going off-track by busily fulfilling our own selfish desires and ambitions.

In this Holy Communion Service message, “Discipleship To Apostleship”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains that while we do not have control over the timing of our spiritual transformation, we must remain aware of certain markers, which indicate that the Lord is being successful with us. He teaches on the need to stay mindful of our calling (apostleship), in order to give ourselves to training (discipleship). He uncovers the deceitfulness of chasing selfish and worldly pursuits. Finally, he re-centers attention on the only cause that truly matters: the fulfilment of God's agenda on earth, through men who have yielded their vessels to Him to be sent forth.

Dear one, even though the promised destination (your apostleship) may seem afar off, believe! Be encouraged and push hard to give full expression to your calling in the Lord. Men in dire spiritual need are counting on you. Will the Lord succeed in reaching them through you?

    Theme Passage: Matthew 11:2-5 KJV

    Key Scripture: Acts 1:7-8 KJV

[7] And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

[8] But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

  • 04 TSC Aug 2024 Kumasi | Confidence Towards God
    Sep 1 2024

Beloved, God has a plan for His creation. He desires to dwell within us, and work through us to impact the world and influence the lives of others. God has work for each of us, and it is important to become aware of His plans and align ourselves with His Divine Will.

How do we become conscious of God’s plans? And how do we open our hearts to be used by Him?

In this series preached during the August 2024 Special Program held in Kumasi, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates how God makes the heart (will) of man pliable and agreeable to the Divine will. He reveals that a face-to-face encounter with God is necessary for one to be driven (triggered) by God in order to manifest the full strength of His power.

In this message, "Confidence Towards God," Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains what the Lord desires to accomplish in and through us, emphasising the importance of remaining aware of this as we deal in life. He further highlights the significance of genuine prayer and the need to cultivate it as a habit— as a way of aligning our hearts with God's will. ”Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.”

This message will teach you to always seek the Will of the Lord; for the heart that seeks the Lord's Will alone, is the heart that truly pray.

Key Scripture: 1 John 3:19-21 KJV

19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

Other Scriptures: Psalm 89:20-21, Matthew 6:5-7, Psalm 8:2, John 6:63, Isaiah 50:4. [All Scriptures in KJV]

  • 03 TSC Aug 24 Kumasi | Spiritual Activation
    Aug 31 2024

God's intent is that man would express Him according to his unique vessel. He desires to prepare us in a way that makes us available to bless others, despite our own material needs. To this end, man must be in a state of obedience (i.e., a state of heart that can both receive and perceive truths from God). Such a man is God's conduit on earth.

In this series preached during the August 2024 Special Program held in Kumasi, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates how God makes the heart (will) of man pliable and agreeable to the Divine will. He reveals that a face-to-face encounter with God is necessary for one to be driven (triggered) by God, in order to manifest the full strength of His power.

In this message, “Spiritual Activation”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter establishes that God's will is for man to become a manifestation/expression of His glory. He explains how a man who has been awakened by God (i.e., entered into a state of spiritual awareness) becomes a conduit through which the righteousness of God is manifested. Furthermore, he demonstrates how God turns man's heart so that man will know Him in his inward parts, and by that influence the world. Finally, he outlines the signs which show that a man’s heart is being turned towards God.

Beloved, God wants to touch the world through you. This is your destiny! Abandon your selfish will (heart) and understanding (ways) to make this a reality.

Note: This message is one of a 4-part series preached during the CAFAN Special Programme held in Kumasi, from August 29th to September 1st, 2024. Kindly listen to the entire series for a complete appreciation.
