    Why is it that physical therapists have the highest rates of burnout out of other healthcare physicians?

    In this episode we dive into the need for deeper self care skills to balance the high rate of burnout we see amongst healthcare workers and caregivers in general. We discuss the shockingly high burnout rates, challenges within the industry like inadequate reimbursement, and the effects of these pressures on the daily lives of healthcare providers. Through sharing personal experiences and insights, we emphasize the importance of developing robust self-care skills and setting appropriate boundaries to mitigate burnout. We also introduce an upcoming course on self-care for caregivers, which aims to provide practical tools and philosophical shifts to help healthcare professionals thrive while maintaining their passion for helping others.
