Good to be back with you, I completed a 3 day fast and that is sort of the focus of this podcast. I did not mention but the physical effects were very good, I lost weight and my aches and pains started disappearing at hr 52. I also cut out water for 24 hours in the middle and that wasn't as bad as I thought, but it took me way longer to rehydrate than I expected. For 3 days after the fast was over I would get dehydrated after eating a meal. Curious! Like, peeing clear before the meal then after the meal it would be dark yellow. Overall it was a good experience and I'd like to do it again but this time cut out the water for 36 hours.

In this episode we look into the book of Romans to better understand the weakness of the flesh compared to the righteousness of the Spirit.

I mentioned last episode that I was going to be hosting meetings for folks who want to talk about quitting, I'd like to hold off on that until after I get back from this family vacation.
