    This week we're going to talk about what to do when you have either TOO Much to do or you've over-scheduled, over committed, over-controlled yourself and your life and you need to pump the breaks and REST.The purpose of this episode is that I want to send you all off into the end of summer and fall with the knowledge that it's OK to take a step back not always be pedal to the metal with your growth journey, and with the tools to keep your vibe and energy high while still growing and enjoying your life with grace and ease.
