  • Dating While Sober: an Honest Conversation Between Two Friends
    Sep 24 2024

    Send us a text

#130: This week we revisit episode #21 with Bryce and Liz. This honest and unfiltered conversation between two friends might not have happened if Bryce hadn't spontaneously hit "record". As a result, today's show is an unfiltered, "fly on the wall" perspective of Bryce and Liz chatting about dating and relationships in sobriety.

Bryce shares his experience as a single man in recovery; discussing what dating was like before he learned to set and maintain personal boundaries, and some of the wisdom he implements now. And as someone who was married before getting sober (check out Episode 129 to meet her husband Billy), Liz discovers an uncomfortable truth about herself, and a "complicated relationship with gratitude."

After finding freedom within himself, Kelvin now reaches out his hand to others and breaks down the stigma within and about BIPOC communities.
