    From media and ads to clothing stores and influencers, we’re told that happiness comes when we’re thinner. That life will be better once we fit into our pre-pregnancy jeans or look like that fitness influencer on Instagram.

    But here’s the truth: none of those things will bring lasting joy.

    Real freedom, confidence, and contentment won’t come from your body changing. They come from Jesus.

    Not just knowing Him—but fully surrendering your health journey to Him and rooting your worth, identity, and satisfaction in who He says you are.
