In this episode, we discuss his journey through the ranks and how he approaches his training in and out of competition prep. I can personally speak to his quick thinking and modifications during rolling. Whether it's grip fighting, changing directions, or just changing the placement of tension; it's very hard to be a counter-grappler once we begins running his systems.
