Many of us have gone through decades of not understanding why we have battled with these challenges, and then after we receive a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, we're able to understand why it presented itself.     This week's guest is Thomas Midgley, a behavioural and cognitive psychotherapist (CBT) and dietitian specialising in eating disorders.
