• Advocating For Your Health With Jeff Witzeman
    Oct 10 2022

Growing up, Jeff Witzeman was taught there’s only one way to do things, and you trust the professionals. That all changed when Jeff’s wife was diagnosed with bladder cancer. The doctors wanted to remove her bladder, put her through chemo and radiation, and all for a 50% survival rate. Instead, they traveled to Germany for a more natural approach, and after 30 days no more cancer was detected. When Jeff brought this knowledge back to the states, the doctors just weren’t interested. This is when Jeff realized that these “professionals” who were telling you what to do are just trying to make money and don’t actually care about your well being.

Ageless living is not just about nutrition and detox, however, you also need a healthy emotional landscape. When we’re emotionally unwell, it can create enough toxins to destroy us. Usually this starts with inflammation, which is the body’s way of trying to defend itself. That’s when we have to ask what is it defending itself against, and how do I figure out how to live in peace? Luckily, there are many healing aids out there, such as the PEMF machine and the EE system. You have to be your own advocate and educate yourself. You’ll probably have to dig a little, as the powers that be are actively trying to shut down any information that threatens the medical industry. Jeff realized this first hand when his film, Cancer Can Be Killed, was removed from Amazon.

    What You’ll Learn:

    • How childhood trauma affects your health as an adult.
    • What PEMF machine and EE system are.
    • Which foods cause inflammation.
    • And much more!

  • The Healing Power of Nature With Adrian Armstrong
    Oct 3 2022

After 35 years as a massage therapist, Adrian Armstrong suffered a shoulder injury and car accident. That would be a pivotal moment in Adrian’s life as he experienced the healing benefits of an electromagnetic mat for the first time. After just 20 minutes of using it, it was like the car accident never happened. After two days of use, his shoulder pain went away and never came back. He started putting his massage clients on it before their sessions and it would get their body back into alignment.

It’s been proven that we need the electromagnetic field of the earth, as our overall health comes down to the health of our individual cells. When your cells are fully charged, your body has the energy needed to stay in homeostasis. NASA did a study that showed when astronauts traveled beyond the electromagnetic field, they got sick easier. They’ve now combatted this by integrating electromagnetic frequencies into their space suits.

    What You’ll Learn:

    • What tai chi can do for your body.
    • How cell health contributes to chronic disease.
    • How our environment prevents cells from optimal healing.
    • And much more!

  • Preventative Tips on Aging Skin and More with Dr. Schoemann
    Sep 12 2022

Dr. Schoemann is an exceptional plastic surgeon that is double board certified. He offers surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services, specializing in rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, and face lifts. Today, he’s sharing things we can do as we age to hold on to our youthful appearance for as long as possible. Dr. Schoemann says the sun and gravity are our two biggest factors for aging. That’s why his number one suggestion for delaying aging is sunscreen. He advises patients to go for medical grade, dermatologist recommended sunscreens.

Another early sign of aging is collagen loss, which we begin losing in our 30s. Luckily, there are options to help, from laser surgery to fillers. Oftentimes, when people hear the word fillers, they think of an overdone, fake look. Dr. Schoemann aims to restore the volume lost over the years, not overfill. His practice is all about creating natural looking results. As we get into our 40s, micro needling is another good option.  It isn’t until we reach our 60s, typically, that surgical facelifts are needed. One main complaint at this age is loose skin in the neck, which can only be dealt with surgically. Heavy laser resurfacing also becomes a good option for tightening skin, decreasing pore size, stimulating collage, and more.

    What You’ll Learn:

    • What to look for in a good sunscreen.
    • What two products you should have in your skin care routine.
    • Why liposuction isn’t a good option for everyone.
    • And much more!

    Favorite Quote:

“In essence, a lot of surgeries we perform are to fight the effects of gravity.”
