    This week Jacques and I discussed how trauma can have a profound impact on an individual's life, changing their perspective and challenging their mental and emotional well-being. He highlights how men, like anyone else, can experience trauma and struggle with mental health issues. We discuss the importance of creating spaces and resources specifically tailored to support men's mental health. Jacques shared how practicing gratitude and positive thinking helped him cope with trauma and move forward in his healing journey. We both shared personal stories and experiences to inspire and support others who may be going through similar challenges. He reminds us of the importance of transitioning out of old patterns and beliefs is a challenging but necessary step in personal growth. We talk about being able to control your mind and letting go of worry are essential for mental well-being. Some of the daily habits that helped him were journaling, releasing fears, and embracing rituals.
