Internal Messages That Affect Our Parenting for School of Human Kind

This is Episode 81 on the Masterful Parenting Podcast which will air TODAY.

When we come from childhood pain, we internalize messages about our childhood experiences. These messages get carried into our adult lives until we get healing.

As parents, we also tell ourselves stories about our children. Sometimes these stories can have a negative impact on our kids and limit them in their lives. We can learn how to change these stories and the words we use to help them grow into their uniqueness and gain confidence in themselves.

Let me show you how to begin healing and change your stories about your kids.
