Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about his latest novel, Salvation, is best-selling science-fiction author Peter F. Hamilton. Coined the king of space opera, Peter F. Hamilton has created some of science fiction’s most vast and extensive universes, making him one of Britain’s biggest selling sci-fi authors. Known for The Night’s Dawn trilogy and the Commonwealth Saga in particular, Hamilton embarks on a new universe, publishing Salvation, the first book in a brand-new trilogy, in 2018.

A familiar face to many, playing Mr Brown in the Paddington films, and Lord Grantham in Downton Abbey, Hugh Bonneville has been on our screens and stages since the late '80s. His love of acting came from the National Youth Theatre, where his hobby turned into a career path. Ranging from Shakespeare to Mr Stink, Bonneville has playing an incredible range of characters. Looking back at his life so far, Hugh has written his memoir, Playing Under the Piano, giving us an insight into one of Britain’s best-loved actor’s life behind the scenes.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his third novel, Vienna Spies, is former BBC journalist and espionage author Alex Gerlis. With a long and extensive history working as a journalist within the BBC, Alex has made a name for himself within the world of spy thrillers, his WWII espionage novels such as The Best of Our Spies and The Swiss Spy becoming instant hits on Amazon.

After working as a creator for the journal Nature for a decade, being a frequent contributor to The Guardian newspaper for years and a regular host on BBC Radio 4, Rutherford realised that at some point he had become a writer and broadcaster on science and genetics. A natural at making the deepest depths of science understandable, Rutherford has again taken up his pen (and microphone) and this time enlightened us on the story of eugenics and study of genetics.

Beginning her career as a news journalist, Bourne then spent six years working as an editor and relationship advisor for youth charity TheSite.org before becoming a full-time author. Known for her critically acclaimed Spinster Club series, Bourne’s latest book, her debut adult title, How Do You Like Me Now?, was published in May 2018.

Lorraine Kelly has hosted many shows during her 40 years on television, including The Wheel, Have I Got News For You and The Last Leg, though she is of course best known for her weekday show Lorraine on ITV. She won the RTS award for Best Presenter in 2006, and in 2008 she earned herself a 'people's choice' Scottish BAFTA. Kelly is a master interviewer, sitting down with celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman, Idris Elba and Will Smith. Kelly has previously released an autobiography and several self-help books, but her latest endeavor is her debut novel, The Island Swimmer.

No stranger to writing, Pattison's newest book is a memoir-meets-self-help title, The Secret to Happy. In it, she bares all with her now trademark honesty, candour and mission towards kindness. We caught up with Vicky Pattison to chat about how she manages her mental health, her break out of both reality TV and her comfort zone, and she told us her most valuable tips from her therapists.

Author and former aide to Tony Blair Alastair Campbell and football legend Paul Fletcher join us to discuss their new political thriller, Saturday Bloody Saturday.
