First, being a Fraser on Culloden Moor is more pressure these days thanks to a certain fictional character who sends lasses swooning and swarming all over the battleground. But more importantly, he must prove to the spirit of young Rabby there is nothing to fear by moving on.

Kennedy is keeping secrets, and to give you any hints as to the Kennedy story would be to expose the surprise. Suffice it to say, you must listen to this book before moving on to the Gerard book. If you love the series, this one will not disappoint. And if you want to be surprised, know that the reviews are spoilers.

As one of Culloden’s 79 ghosts who have been granted another taste of life, Brodrick Shaw has already failed his mortal quest.
