The Ark

New Amerland was designed and built by survivors of the Incident. Those were the people who, by some miracle, managed to get underground before the bombs fell; they managed to lock away themselves and their families and to survive the worst nuclear attack in history. A lucky few would be selected by lottery and handed a ticket for free. At least 50 percent failed the test and were fated to die on their desolate and degraded planet.

The Ark has left the solar system and taken with it the first humans to ever get this far. And even though Alissa was promoted to Chief of Security back on Earth, she wants nothing more than to escape back into a quiet existence with her friends. But he is still on her mind. The man with the silver glove plagues her dreams. This man she dreams of isn't the same as the monster back on Earth. Alissa can't escape the overwhelming drive to save the man that tried to kill her. Seeking answers may protect The Ark from future threats, but that fight might just cost them their lives.
