the first four chapters of this book seem to be recorded out if sequence. once I got ahold of a written copy of the story for clarification it made much more sense. &

This is was a good book and took a turn I didn’t suspect. It was a basic story and pretty typical for these kinds of bdsm romance books. I enjoyed listening to it but I wish the story had more depth.

The story has the potential to be a very good book. It was underdeveloped, in every way possible.

Developmental disappointment

Not just bland and poorly written, but poorly narrated as well. Not worth the time. This series lacks character development, anything to move the story along, and while it refers to the lifestyle, it contains almost no adult content or D/s or BDSM.

There is nothing substantive to be a draw one or hold the short story together. While the jacket promises a story of BDSM, the short story has so little and the spice is of the vanilla variety, outside of one abbreviated scene.

Jillian Macy is terrible. I’ve never heard a performance of hers that indicated she has anymore skill than being able to read aloud. She puts nothing into the story to reflect the drama occurring. Her tight, choked off voice is cringeworthy.
