Love these men. Once again this author has hit it out of the park with this book and Aiden Snow is the perfect narrator for these men. Austin is having some anger issues and screws up a bust or thinks he does so they call in an expert tracker, Judge. They are really hot together and Judge's partner Bookem is terrific. All the guys are in here and we get a bit of the team but not too much. These guys do get their HEA.

Judge and Michael’s story is full of heat and action. A great continuation of the series. Highly recommend that you listen to all of the previous books before this one.

I really loved this book. I think it kicked Syn & Furious from my favorite of the series. I enjoyed the story and was happy there wasn't too much of God & Day in this one, so it was tolerable. Not to mention Judge & Austin are hot, hot, hot together. Equal parts give & take, with caring but not so much corny lovey dovey shit.

This is a really good book. It’s sad parts don’t last long and the good parts last for a good while. I love when LGBTQ books and movies end well. It gives us all hope that love one day could find you.

Judge and Michaels

OK. So you have to remember Michaels from Ruxs’ and Green’s book, “Here Comes Trouble”. He’s the sweet beat cop who was always trying to get onto the Task Force and who made it onto the team at the end of their book.

Well... I totally fall in love with him in this book. He’s got all this pent-up rage and emotions that come barreling out of him when Judge pushes all his buttons. He is a total Power Top & Bottom - it literally blows your mind with how seductively dirty he can be. But I didn’t see that side of him coming. Uggghhh.

He and Judge have the best chemistry, and I think it makes the book better that they don’t have an instant love connection. They have to both work for it. They have to work at even liking each other to start, and then work at being partners on the job before they can be anything else to each other.

This book is great. I love the storyline and I love these guys. Judge’s dog, Bookem, is awesome too. I love that he is an added character in this book. Another great addition to the series.

8/23/19 ~ Update to review after listening to the audio...
Audio ~ At this point I really can't tell you how many times I've read this book. It's one of my all time favorites (along with every other book in this series) But WOW does Aiden Snow give us so much extra with this Audio. I was hearing things I completely forgot about. It was almost like I was experiencing this book for the first time all over again. I absolutely loved this book in audio. And I'm back to not being able to decide which book of this series is actually my favorite again. lol. And I'll reiterate again that Aiden was the ABSOLUTE PERFECT, BEST CHOICE to narrate all of these books. 5 Full, solid Stars for the narration too.

I feel Michaels is angry and depressed with his life situation. He would like to have a partner to share life with.

Judge is closed off to relationships and not open to same.

Put these two together in a love/hate relationship and the are explosive.

Loved catching up with Day, God and the crew.

LOVED the ending and can not wait for the next book.

This is Book 4 but it is different in its own way. Interesting storyline, well written. I really like the characters in this series. There was maybe too much sex in this story but overall still good.

this was quite the story, very up and down emotionally, but wonderfully written. The self destruction scene gave me chills, made my stomach clench, and I admit, I ugly cried too. I can't remember feeling so much emotional connection to a character ever in my life.
