amaxing bok, takes you on a wondeful adventure but ugh the ending cliffhanger, now I must reread and wait for the thrilling conclusion, This series is a muat read/listen.

I want to see Caleb crushed, castrated or better yet...the best vengeance to be served to Caleb, in my mind...would be for him to get a 'Flesh-Eating Bacteria Disease on his Penis and Testicles.' After all the lies, betrayal, selfishness, and just the pure evil that he has done to 'X" and Logan, Caleb needs to SUFFER.

This book was so great! i really liked how the storyline worked out in this 2nd book. I'm really learning soooo many new vocabulary words thanks to this style of writing (eg, 'apropo of nothing ')
Summer Roberts did an awesome job once again!
Thank you soo sooo much for having the audible book come out the same as the read version! it did lend to some very..umm...interesting repercussions when I got home from my hour long drive -while listening to the book (wink wink) :D

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the progression of the story and how well the internal conflict was written. The romance blossomed passionately and beautifully! Steamy encounters only hotter and more intense in Book 2!!!

What about Summer Roberts’s performance did you like?

Summer is quickly becoming my most favorite narrator to hear. The emotion and empathy are so strong. She brings the book, story and characters to life.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes! Yes and Yes!!! I both laughed and cried!

I can't wait until Book 3 is released. Can we say Cliffhanger?!?!

I am in awe of the ability of this author's ability to compose a collection of words that can mark a person's soul, as this collection of words has marked mine. I wonder at the life experience she must have to be able to acomplish this, for I do not believe that creativity, alone, can explain it. I have read other reviews that have stated that there is a HEA, in the end; but this is not true. There is no way for there to be a HEA for the three main characters. One is left unaware, one is left having to keep a soul changing secret and one is left alone and forever empty and in pain. If you are the type of person who feels deeply, think hard before listen or reading this trilogy; it will leave you unsettled.
It is a shame that JW will likely never get the recognition she deserves, for her writing, just because of the genre of books she chooses to write. JW has marked my soul with her talent and, in my opinion, she is a literary master.

Book 2 is worth the struggle of book 1. I enjoyed this story so much more than book 1. X finally getting some answers from. Mr. Manipulative and learning who she is with Logan.
