About this listen

Turnabout is fair play. Tavi Mirza has been operating under that principle for a few months now, but both he and his brother Rex are keenly aware they can’t avoid the consequences of their actions forever. Sooner or later, the facade will crumble, and when someone ultimately finds out their secret, Tavi’s life will be over. The fates have converged to ensure that the twins don’t remain untouched by its claws, and they must determine where their true loves and loyalties lay. Can Tavi and Rex protect each other? Or will they allow the past to dictate the future instead of moving forward together?

Please note: This is not a stand-alone and should be listened to after Want, the first book in The Need Trilogy, and Take, the second in the series. This dark taboo tale contains several kinks that may offend or trigger some listeners, including (but not limited to) age play, ABDL, spanking, and humiliation. Not every dynamic or element is 100 percent consensual. Though The Need Trilogy is set in The Fate of the Fallen world, the trilogy can be listened to separately from the series and other books. The main characters do not (yet) appear in the other series, and there are minimal spoilers for the series or other books set in the universe.

Great!

This is one of my favorite series by R. Phoenix and this certainly was a fitting ending! Loved it so much! Ken Obi did a super nice job narrating this series and this book in particular!

Tavi & Rex

Book 3 - NOOOOOO - say it isn't the end of their story. Kenneth Obi was once again fantastic. I love how he has done Desi.

I have enjoyed this trilogy so much. If you like a dark taboo story then give this whole Universe a try.

OMG more?!?!

My head is spinning! So many changes and some growth. Rex is still kind of selfish even at the end of the story. Tavi sacrificed all. but is it enough? I liked the special bond the two have, and hope it is enough to save them both. The narrator made the story come to life. Looking forward to more.

wow!

I have mixed emotions with this one, it was not at all what I was expecting and I want to know "will everything that happened be enough to hold the twins together in the long run?". For such a short book there was a lot going on, all thoroughly enhanced by Kenneth Obi's narration.

as great as the ebook

The story is always full stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook.

The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. Kenneth Obi is one of the 3 narrators (so far), I can listen without break and have no problems to follow. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:

5* - very very good
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A

3* - it's more then a one-time-listening.
it's like a B

This was the perfect ending to a great series! I loved every single word. The characters are so complex and well developed. And the narration was amazing.
