Now this is a sexy listen. Shawn and Dave's story has been something I read a while ago. I absolutely love this friends to lovers story. So I was so happy that I get to listen to this story now. Seb Yarrick does such an amazing job with this narration. I just fall back in love with this story again. I can't to listen to the rest of this sexy series.

Lace by K.C. Wells was given to me in exchange for an honest review. I thought this book was sweet. Two men who have been best friends forever. Shawn, who has been in love with Dave forever even though he thinks he is straight. Dave recently finds out he is Bi has fallen for his best Friend. How to tell Shawn he wants him as a boyfriend and more. When he accidentally finds out Shawn's secret he is mesmerized and finally lets him know. Seb Yarrick was a wonderful narrator from beginning to end.

This was so very steamy and well written!

I loved the slow burn friends to lovers romance between Sean and Dave.
They were absolutely sweet together and I loved Seb Yarrick's narration.
It was beyond flawless and so very enjoyable.

This is definitely going to be a Re-listen for me!

I haven't read or listened to many stories with a lingerie kink, but I enjoyed this. K.C. Wells knows how to write short, sexy stories. The pace of the story was just right. The new to
me narrator did a good job. Each of the characters had a distinct voice. I look forward to listening to the rest in the series.

Sweet best friends story about gay Shawn who is in love with his straight best friend Dave, who is secretly bisexual. An accidental discovery of Shawn's secret lace stash pushes Dave to reveal his attraction to Shawn. Failures of communication cause drama, but the story is low angst and steamy. The drama occurs very quickly, but that can't be helped in a short story. If you like stories about boys in pretty panties, you'll enjoy this one.

"Lace" is a delightfully sweet and spicy love story with heart and a whole lot of heat as longtime best friends Shawn and Dave wrestle with feelings that go well beyond friendship. Shawn has secretly been in love with Dave for years but is resigned to it going unrequited since Dave is straight, until his best friend admits his recent self-realization that he's bi. As they explore together and discover a shared kink, they must also confront worry and self-doubt in admitting their true feelings to each other.

This story is a sweet journey with a touch of angst that's a long time coming for both men, and how accepting and uninhibited Dave is in exploring his sexuality with Shawn is refreshing. It's also an easy, quick listen, and new-to-me narrator Seb Yarrick delivers an engaging performance. I received this free review copy audio book by request and have left this honest review voluntarily.

I enjoyed this narration. I read the book ages ago so you hear it being narrated was a treat.
I liked both characters and the chemistry was very hot. Add lace and the temperature got even hotter.
Even though it was a quick narration the story flow and the end were just right.
