After getting into each character from book one...I honestly feel book two would have been better as a individual romance story between Marcus and Isla instead of a harem. I didn't feel Isla's connection with Theo or RY, just sayin. I feel it would have been better based on the vibe if Callie would have introduced a love interest for Theo in book two and a special lady (or guy) for Ry in book three.

I adore reverse harem books - they are my new fave thing on Audible. (lol) but this story did not feel right with me opening up Isla to the other guys. She seemed to have a DEEP connection to only Marcus. (so bringing the other 2 dudes in didn't fly with me)

I still enjoyed the book but it seemed to be a bit scattered after the first half and the story wasn't flowing for me. (sorry)

I did however enjoy the chase and intrigue throughout book two! X-citing amigas! Our lead female Isla is fearless and overall amazing!

I'm ready for book three! AHHH! Thank you Callie!

IIya as a character is smart and she fits right in with her guys Marcus, Ryland, and Theo. The events at the end of book one have the group reeling and trying to get things back on track now another player has joined the game and I can’t wait to see what IIya and her guys have in store for book3.
