Publisher's summary

Daniel Livingston is finally free. He's come clean about his passionless marriage and moved to St. Nacho's where he can spend time with his brother. Now he's ready explore the endless sexual buffet being hot and rich and single has to offer. The problem is a firefighter named Cameron Rooney who haunts his every waking thought and half his dreams. No doubt about it. Cam is going to require a level of honesty Dan has never before considered, and in order to achieve that, he will have to turn his life inside out. Coming clean to his ex-wife will cost him money, doing right by St. Nacho's will anger his business partner, and exploring a painful family secret will hurt the one person Dan has sworn to protect.

Cam's faith in Dan is tested and Dan's belief in himself is nearly non-existent. In the end, forging a new path could cost him everything or net him the most important score of his life in The Book Of Daniel. Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some listeners may find objectionable: male/male sexual practices.

Worth the credit

This series is great. A series of all m/m romance with a character overcoming their past mistakes. The build up to do a story about the hot firefighter Cam doesn’t disappoint. Love hearing as Daniel learn the importance of being true to himself and the people around him is wonderful. So far the series has 4 audiobooks and I think 5 spin-off novellas. Loved them all!

Spectacular

I listened to all 4 books back to back ans each book was better than the next but yet they all intwined. I never thought Daniel would find his way...he went through a lot and a lot of unexpected things had to happen to open his ass to his reality. And his reality is what I feel in love with.

Mazeltov...but a dental dam?

End of the St Nachos series. i think the other characters were way too hard on Daniel. That ex wife gave me the heeby jeebys. But so did using a dental dam - so not sexy.

Intelligent, deep and wonderfully entertaining

After 6 ZA Maxfield books, I finally discovered what I like so much about them. She writes with intelligence, both verbiage and storyline. The first St. Nachos book is my favorite and I was disappointed Sean and Cooper didn't have much of a part in the others but they are all good and individually appealing. Daniel was no exception. I enjoyed a few unexpected twists as well.

Her depiction of human nature and knowledge of little things like wildfires, Jewish traditions, Mexican dishes and motorcycles created a full, well-rounded story.

And I could listen to Thomas Fawley all day. I didn't start out feeling that way but his slight drawl and sort of laid back tone is perfect for how St Nachos is described. By the middle of the second book, he had me convinced no one else could do the series justice.

A great series

This book and the others in the series remind me of Tales of the City, with the quirky likable characters and uplifting story.

Cam and Dan the final story

Loved this series. I hoped Cameron would find his HEA, was happy it was Daniel. I didn't like how hard it all was for Daniel to settle himself in St. Nacho or the rough end. Still got an HEA. Great series! Great narration

Loved this series

Really good series, unusual, well done. Great characters and location. Excellent narration. This story, as each in St Nachos, is not pie in the sky happy, it is filled with tough issues, but each has its HEA. Well worth the read.
