The story had potential, but the ending was very disappointing. I was left feeling, “where’s the last 100 pages?”

This series was a nice quick journey into mystery and romance. Characters may not be liked by a reader; however, they may be just what the other character needs and may even change your mind by the end.

Every relationship goes through trials

I really enjoyed the Private Club series, but this series....laughable. It was such a rushed, far fetched story that I wish I could have my hours back.

So disappointed

I can appreciate when a writer(s) puts a lot of effort into creating a story. Book one was more of a novella and less than a book. The cliff hanger to me wasn't so much a cliff hanger as an interrupted story.Book two was better, however if the series wasn't lumped together I likely wouldn't have gone on to the last book. The third book was good until the end. There are no resolutions, I felt like the characters were forced together and the external drama that tied into both the lives of Nancy and Jackson weren't discussed at all.
The narration was clear however I felt Terri Acuna Thorne read the book and didn't give the characters personalities. Sometimes if I missed the persons name I couldn't tell which character was speaking.

One of the worst endings ever

This author is getting too predictable in her storyline. The female is extremely naive, the male is aggresive and out for revenge and the story ends too abruptly. This is my third successive box set by this author. Doubt I'll be buying another one soon

The narrator is just bad. So monotone she put me to sleep. Didn't even finish listening.

Bad Narrator
