Publisher's summary

All it takes is one night of passion to change your life forever. Layla’s trip to the Middle East started off with a bang.

Amid the sultry heat and exotic luxury of Dubai, she shared a single night of passion in the arms of a sexy stranger. Layla can’t say she regrets it, until she walks into her new HR job and comes face to face with her one-night stand. She never thought she’d see the sinfully handsome Sheikh again, but his icy reception makes it clear he wants nothing to do with her.

Zahir Almasi is equal parts infuriating and irresistible, but Layla won’t make the mistake of falling for his charms again. Sheikh Zahir Almasi has been groomed since childhood to be a dutiful son. Now that he’s assumed his role in the family company, it is one he takes very seriously. So when the seductive American he slept with walks into his office, Zahir is stunned. He can’t let Layla distract him from his path - no matter how enticing she is.

But the more they work together, the less he can deny their attraction. The Western beauty may not be a suitable woman for him, but Zahir can’t help but wonder if he’ll ever be satisfied with just one night. As their appetites for each other increase to an undeniable level, Layla discovers a secret that changes everything - a secret she isn’t sure she ever wants to share. Layla is pregnant … and Zahir is the father.

Love Takes Trust and Honesty - Great Romance

Layla and Zahir have an instant attraction, and that only deepens as they get to know each other better. For the most part, this pair are pure relationship goals, but the hardest thing seems to be getting on the same page. I admire Layla's spirit and zest for travel, and Zahir's love for his family and business is admirable. The author does a great job of letting us get to know the characters, and some of the reasons behind what they do. An emotional journey that comes with tears and rewards. The strong plot is assisted with excellent narration. This is a voluntary review of a copy gifted by the author.

Loved it

Another winner by Leslie North. Her Sheikh series can be read without the others in the series, with no cliffhangers. But I recommend listening to all of them as they are so much more enjoyable. This one left me with a big smile on my face and feeling good.
Craig Van Ness does a very good job with his narration. The voices are consistent and his reading very enjoyable to listen to.

I received this audible free of cost and am happy to give my honest unbiased review.

Great!

Layla Kirk went to Dubai from NY to attend her friends wedding. When she got there her friend was delayed, so she went to a bar. She hooked up with a handsome man that night. She went for a job interview the next day and they both were shocked. Layla took the job and found out her one night stand was Sheik Zahir, her boss. He tried to stay out of her way, but it was impossible. Craig did a fantastic job narrating it. I loved his accent!

Good Sheikh Story

This is the last book in the Almasi Seikhs Series. This is the story of Layla and Zahir. This was a short, sweet and steamy story, with a HEA ending. The narration was great and easy to listen. I enjoyed my listen.

Another winner in the Almasi Sheikh series!

The Sheikh's Pregnant Employee by Leslie North is Book 3 in the Almasi Sheikhs series and it's another winner. This one is the story of Layla and Zahir. Layla arrives in town for a wedding and then has plans to continue on with her vacation afterwards. Her first night in town she meets Zahir and they have an instant connection...and then she gets a job offer that she can't refuse and she unknowingly accepts. Then she quickly learns that Zahir will be her new boss. Oops! As they try and sort out what exactly is going on with their "relationship," Layla discovers she's pregnant. Things just got a little more complicated! Ms. North's stories are always nice, easy listens that you can instantly get caught up in. She does a great job at keeping the storying moving along quickly.

Craig Van Ness did a great job narrating this story. He brought the perfect amount of life and emotion to the characters and it was easy to get immersed in the story. I'd definitely listen to more of his narrations in the future. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher for an honest review.

So not, One and Done!

Layla wanted a One and Done fling while waiting to see her best friend. Zahir was of like mind, but their chemistry was intense. Leslie North wrote a fun book that was set in an exotic country that was full of vibrant imagery and steam. I love the total escapism I get listening to her books. The ending had a wonderful and unexpected surprise twist too. Craig Van Ness did a great job with his performance of this book. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. I will definitely listen to more books by this author and narrator.

Zahir and Layla

I love the way that Leslie North writes about a world far removed from my own, rich sheiks and exotic places. This story is the third in a series but it is a total stand alone even though the brothers who were featured in the earlier two books do have places in this story. I have not read or listened to the earlier books but that in no way spoilt my enjoyment of this one, I had however read this book some time ago.

Layla is in the Middle East to attend her friend's wedding before going on a world tour, her first night there she meets, Mr. Tall Dark and Sexy and has the best night ever with him back in her hotel. He slips out the next morning as that is what was agreed but they both want to see more of each other.

Her friend talks her into taking a job, on a short-term basis, with the company which belongs to her future husband - but when Layla goes for the interview it turns out Mr. Tall Dark and Sexy is Zahir the eldest brother and soon to be brother in law to her friend.

After trying to ignore the attraction/chemistry between them Zahir and Layla begin seeing each other in secret, each is falling in love but neither of them wants to admit it. Then Layla discovers she's pregnant and Zahir's father tells him that a marriage has been arranged for him - what will these two do? Will, they follow their hearts or will Zahir do his duty?

The chemistry between them is palpable and the storyline is well written. The narration is excellent. All in all an enjoyable way to pass a few hours.

I was given this audiobook as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review.

A combustible combination.

Strangers in the night become friends with benefits in this tango of the heart. She's an adventurous spirit. He's an overpowering sheikh. Their a combustible combination and the biggest shock of all has yet to be revealed. Get ready to feel the burn with Zahir and Layla.
