Epicenters have activated all over the planet, and the Rifts are behaving unpredictably. It might seem time for humanity to unite before this shared threat, but there are too many people who care about nothing but their own interests!

Story
After resolving all the pending SPECIAL Quests that had been plaguing him, Thaden is finally ready to evolve his Class, where he can then continue to Level-up past his current limit. Unfortunately, his current Evolution Assignment is proving to be a bit more difficult than his last one, as it requires him to complete one of the new Intermediate dungeons with a full Raid Party of at least 100 people without any casualties. Throwing money at the problem might’ve worked in the past, but now there’s a complication that makes such a prospect nearly impossible.

What a bunch of junk!
Reviewed: 03-15-25
I really love this series, but this book took it to the extreme when it came to repeating the the main characters statistics and stats! I think if you took out all of the repeated stats and character description stuff you would cut out several hours of this book! There’s a time where you need to summarize not constantly repeat the same character, stats, over and over. If this was in the book version, you could just skip over that part, but it’s not very easy in the audiobook version. The last hour of this book was just dictating the main characters final character. Not to mention how bad the ending of this book was. I know some people really love cliffhangers But I think this one was in bad taste.

Story
Leaving behind the capital and all the changes he wrought there, Sen ventures back into the deep wilds in search of the mad, nascent soul cultivator, Fu Ruolan. It is a final, desperate bid to find the manual he needs to complete his body cultivation. Of course, in the world of cultivation, things are rarely as straightforward as they seem. Madness takes many shapes, and Fu Ruolan is no exception to this truth.

The story was mostly good, but it had quite a bit of depressing scenes. Plus a lot of over the top drama to enhance the depression feeling.

Story
After barely defeating his most powerful opponent yet, Jaco is flung immediately into the aftermath of that bloody duel. Now permanently affected by the Infernal State and being granted the Devil’s Essence, he must learn to navigate having such energy within him. Both for how the powers of Hell itself affect those originally given to him by Heaven’s System, and what that means for him moving forward. Yet the Apocalypse waits for nobody, and neither do the Chosen Few as they make their own preparations from the darkest corners of the ruined city.

What a bad ending
Reviewed: 03-05-25
The main character despite being somewhat powerful keep having to be saved at the end of each book. The end of this book was truly terrible so much so that I don’t think I am interested in book series anymore. It seemed like the whole thing with this book was how to boost up the villains. My overall opinion was this was just a bad way to end a book. And as a sidenote, the narrator of this story was a bit over the top.

I had lain down in my crypt to rest for a few decades, but when I awoke, centuries had passed. My castle is in ruins, my clan is gone, and necromancers are considered just a fairy tale for children. They take me for a healer. That's because the world is sick. And it's time for strong medicine.

Not a bad start it looks like this one could be a good series. Though the story is quite a bit different. It does have many similarities to other series. This author has written. Luckily those other series were quite good so if this story continues like this book, then I think it will turn out to be a good series.

Story
The end of the world is always a nightmare. But when it comes with the System, then it's not a nightmare for everyone. Not everybody is ready to fall into despair and come to terms with their fate as zombie food. Some people are ready to keep fighting however they can. Take Kasp as an example of one of those people. The end of the world was no nightmare for him. In fact, when the zombies and the System showed up, it brought new meaning to his life along with exciting new adventures!

Only a small cliffhanger.

A good story with only a small cliff hang on at the end unlike the last book. The main character is a little bit abrasive, but not that bad of a guy. Although it’s worth seeing what the next book holds.

Is this storyline continues, we can see a bigger story arch out there. This whole book came across, feeling like it was wrapping up loose ends of the existing storyline. We can see there are a few more things, the main character can do in this storyline, but I’m sure the next book will lead into a much bigger story.

Story
A good Healer, they say, must use his Gift professionally. Really? No one in my past world would spout such nonsense! Everyone there knew full well what a Healer from the Order was capable of . . . And they also know that a Healer doesn't have to kowtow to anybody. But now, I'm no longer in that world. And in this world, I am not only a great Healer, I am also a great count, one that can do far more than heal, as my enemies know full well. But little do they know that I've only just begun!

An excellent book, though I found some spots where it was fairly predictable, but that can’t be helped when you’re doing a cultivation story that been done thousands of times. But there was plenty of unpredictable to twist in turns. It is too bad that it seems that all of the new cultivation stories seems to revolve around the concept of revolting against cultivation. The idea that cultivation is bad and mostly breeds bad people.
